Take your 3RZ to the next level with a complete Tufflux turbo kit, designed to make turbocharging your 3RZ simpler and more reliable.
The Tufflux kit is built around quality components and provides everything you need to get your turbo setup together without having to piece together a pile of individual parts. This is a 250hp street turbo package, but this combination has been tested by us at over 400hp when used with an intercooler and the appropriate supporting modifications to engine and fuel system.

Intake
- Cross over intake pipe with fittings for connection to factory IAC hose
- Intake pipe to suit running AFM at 180° from turbo inlet (required when running factory ECU)

Exhaust
- 3" purge-welded Stainless Steel dump pipe with 3" V-band to connect to exhaust of your choice
- Stainless Steel 1.75" screamer pipe
- Exhaust manifold gasket
Fuel
What you'll still need
- A Flex joint in exhaust directly after dump pipe v-band
- Adapt your factory exhaust to 3" dump or fit a full 3" exhaust system
The kit is designed specifically around the 3RZ-FE in the RZN series Hilux and is a great starting point for anything from a mild street turbo setup through to a more serious performance build.
Important Information
This kit is supplied as a performance upgrade for the 3RZ-FE. Exact power output will depend on turbo selection, boost pressure, fuel system, engine condition and supporting modifications.
For higher power levels, a suitable ECU, injectors, fuel pump, exhaust system and intercooler may be required. We recommend limiting factory-ECU applications to approximately 5–7psi. Above this, a tuneable ECU is required.
Tufflux components are a great option for anyone wanting to turbocharge their 3RZ without spending the time sourcing every component individually.
